December already 😦 Today we are reviewing this exceptionally sweet and fruity Brazilian that featured in the November @brewboxcoffee_ it’s roasted by the legends over @whitestarcoffee and once again it’s a cracker šŸ™ŒšŸ»šŸŽ„

THE COFFEE

Location: Santa Ines Origin: Brazil Varietal: Yellow Bourbon Process: Honey Roast: Filter. Altitude: 1000 masl Roasted Notes: Mandarin, Caramelised Hazelnut & Milk Chocolate .

TASTE NOTES

When it comes to Brazilian coffees we always prefer it as an espresso, I think their taste profile suits it better but this 😲 this is different and is exceptional as a pour over - Creamy notes of Chocolate come straight to mind when you take your first sip, there’s also this delicate fruitiness in the aftertaste a Full body, a light to medium acidity and great Nutty notes. I’m pretty sure this is one of the best Brazilian coffees we’ve had as a filter all year. Super sweet and delicious, once again WhiteStar have knocked it out of the park with this one. THE SCORE

šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ– 9/10
