November’s @brewboxcoffee_ is here and once again guys I’m in Love 😍 today’s coffee is a Natural from Ethiopia and it’s roasted by Scottish Roasters @obadiahcoffeeroasters whom I’ve always wanted to try....Oh! and isn’t their packaging ♥️👌🏻

The Nuguse Farm has 10 hectares of coffee spread across 3 different parcels of land in the Huro Hibiro village in Bensa, Sidama. Nuguse grows 74158 and 74160 varieties which are both selections from the Jimma research center. These varieties were selected from wild plants in the Metu-Bishari forest in the Illuababora zone in Western Ethiopia. They are widely distributed varieties across Ethiopia and were selected for their resistance to CO2 and high yield.

Nuguse’s coffee is all processed and dried at his family home and he only produces natural coffee. THE COFFEE

Location: Nuguse Mare Origin: Ethiopia Varietal: 74158 & 74160 Process: Natural Roast: Filter. Altitude: 1800m Roasted Notes: Strawberry, Vanilla and Magnolia

TASTE NOTES

Straight up Strawberries 🍓🤘🏻 I love it when the Roaster get the taste notes 👌🏻 🍓 on the nose and in the Cup, this coffee packed a flavour 🤛🏻, it was juicy, Bright and very sweet with a vanilla cream aftertaste that gave the cup a Strawberey and Cream taste when it cooled 😍 it had low acidity with great body and a Clean and Sweet finish. Dare I say maybe one of the best coffees yet in my Brew Box Subscription 😲
