Right! this was without a doubt my favourite coffee that I received in my September @brewboxcoffee_. I brewed it for a week when I was on Holidays using my trusty old Aeropress and it was just 😍. But I’m keeping it consistent this time and brewing today’s cup with my V60. I think this is my 2nd coffee from Panama this year and So far I’ve really been impressed 🙌🏻. THE COFFEE

TASTE NOTES

This cup just oozed sweetness, it was like eating (drinking) a Chocolate Mousse with these very delicate Floral and Tea like after notes, I mean what’s not to like 😋. A very well balanced coffee with low acidity, Medium body and this Smooth Buttery Mouthful, the finish and aftertaste was just Super Sweet like I mean really sweet, especially when it cooled down. It just blew me away with its unbelievable flavour profile, but to be honest I did prefer the flavours produced using the Aeropress, it made it even better 😝😍 THE SCORE
