It’s our 50th Post of “GETITBREWED” 😱 where has the time gone, big shout out to all the Coffee Roaster, Companies and People, who have supported us from Day ☝🏻 Thank You 🙏🏻 . Today sees our 2nd Review of one of the coffees from our @brewboxcoffee_ September 📦 . The coffee comes all the way from France 🤘🏻 a country that’s famous for their Pastry’s and Wine, but its seeing an increasing number of Specialty Coffee Roasters. @ovenheavencoffeeroasters are one of them and they’re roasting some fantastic Coffees and obviously making Pastries too, from their shop in Bordeaux. This Coffee is Located in the region of Antioquia in the north of the country, La Colombia farm produces about 1500 bags a year. THE COFFEE
Region: Antioquia Origin: Colombia 🇨🇴 Varietal: Caturra.
Process: Natural.
Roast: Filter.
Altitude: 1800 amsl.

TASTE NOTES
In the cup there was a Full Body with a Creamy mouthful and it had this beautiful Toffee/ Caramelisation Notes with hints of Sweet Vanilla. There was great acidity that resembled Apples. In fact this coffee tasted like an Apple pie with Custard 😋 Beautifully Sweet and Tart. The aftertaste was Smooth and Clean. Colombian coffees still continue to amaze me with their flavour profiles 🙌🏻 and this was a great example of why I continue to love them.
THE SCORE
