Here’s my Brew Guide for West Cork Coffees Kenyan that I received in this months @brewboxcoffee_ Box

ENJOY! Roaster: @westcorkcoffee Origin: Kenya - Gicherori. Region: Embu. Variety: Sl28, Ruiru 11 & Batian. Altitude: 1,650+ masl. Process: Washed. Brew Method: @hariov60

30g In. 500ml Out.

  • Pour 50ml of water (give it a Swirl) and let it bloom for 30 seconds.

  • At 30 seconds Pour 150ml.

  • After 1 minute pour 150ml.

  • At 1 minute 30 seconds, pour the remaining 150ml, give one more Swirl and leave to finish 🤘🏻

Total Brew Time: 3.00 - 3.30 (Depending on grind size).
