Today’s coffee comes from @colonnacoffee who are based in Bristol 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 We picked this up in @establishedcoffee a few weeks ago and it what a pick it was. It’s a naturally processed Ethiopian and we are in love with it 😍 .

Farmer Alemayehu Daniel is proud to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather, who took seedlings grown in nearby Kochere, to create a farm amongst the dense forests of the Worka district. Coffees from Worka (and Yirgacheffe) are usually a mix of smallholder offerings from one area. Alemayehu Lot #19 is a rare single-farm lot.

THE COFFEE

Producer: Alemayehu Origin: Ethiopia 🇪🇹. Process: Natural TASTE NOTES

Mate this coffee just smells and tastes of Strawberries and Cream, need I say any more or even continue to write.....Alright then 🙃😅. The only other coffee that I can remember tasting and smelling like this was @Bon anzacoffee Sasabo - Ethiopia back in 2017 😋. It was Beautifully sweet and juicy with these deep intense Notes and Aromas of Strawberries and Cream the body was light and tea like there was also subtle floral notes of Rose, that came in the aftertaste and finish. Truly an amazing Ethiopian coffee and I urge...No I insist you to check it out 🤘🏻
