Producer: Familia Hartmann. Origin: Panama Variety: Pacamara. Process: Natural. Roast: Light - Medium. TASTE NOTES:
After taking my first sip of this beautiful coffee from panama, i was instantly reminded of a Chocolate Mousse like the ones you got as a kid 😋. This coffee was so! god damn smooth, well balanced and delightfully Complex, there was taste notes of Brown Sugar & Cinnamon that were subtle but present 😍. When the coffee cooled down, it started to get slightly more fruity and these new notes of Plums really complimented everything, throw in a full body that gave it a red wine like mouthfeel and you’ve got yourself a bloody cracker of a coffee, Now i can see why @thecoffeevine picked @jonasreindlcoffeeroasters Panama Coffee to feature it in their Coffee Box this Month, It’s and all round crowd pleaser 🙌🏻 T H E S C O R E:
