Today is our 3rd offering from the guys at Andytown Coffee Roasters, it’s a Washed Ethiopian from a Producer called Bedhatu Jibicho. We tried their Natural processed coffee and weren’t overly fussed on it so 🤞🏻. Did you know that @andytownsfstarted out using @Kickstarter to receive the funds to open their first shop in 2014. Push forward till today and I don’t think they would of thought of now operating 3 cafes, a Roastery and a Training Lab! 😳 They must be doing something right!! ⬇️T H E - C O F F E E⬇️ Producer: Bedhatu Jibicho. Origin: Ethiopia 🇪🇹. Variety: Heirloom Arabica. Process: Washed. Roast Level: Light - Medium. Taste Notes • The cup produced a Full body with a very Sticky/ Jammy mouthful, it’s quite a complex cup with a lot of Floral and Tea like Aromas on the nose, but as the coffee cools down it starts to become more fruity and very, very sweet with notes of plums, coconut and a beautifully clean finish 🙌🏻. I really enjoyed this coffee, it was very Sweet and fruity with great balance so I’m giving this a 👇🏻. 🤔T H E - S C O R E🤔 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖 9/10
