Pablo ferments this coffee for up to 48 hours before washing and soaking in clean water for 24 hours. . ā¬ļøT H E - C O F F E Eā¬ļø Farm: Santa Sofia Origin: Guatemala š¬š¹. Variety: Caturra, Catuai. Process: Washed Roast Level: Light - Medium . Taste Notes ⢠The cup produced a really, really Bold Juicy body that had a very sticky mouthfeel, theyāre was taste notes of Stone Fruits with an almost Lemon like tartness. It finishes off really weirdly with notes of Leather š³ and a Dry Tobacco finish. Not the best Coffee Iāve had from Guatemala, there was definitely a lot of unwanted tastes in the cup that i personally disliked. . š¤T H E - S C O R Eš¤ šššššš 6/10
