We got a surprise delivery from all the way on the other side of the world šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø The lovely guys @andytown coffee very kindly sent a box over full of amazing coffees and some gifts for me and my brother (more on why and who they are on the next post 😬) But for now check out our review of their Ethiopian Natural from Bedhatu Jibicho šŸ‘‡šŸ» Bedhatu Jibicho began working in coffee in the 1960s when the government gave land to her husband. She is a founding member and role model for the Banko Gotiti Cooperative. Bedhatu takes great pride in her work and has taught her sons to ensure the quality of each harvest. ā¬‡ļøT H E - C O F F E Eā¬‡ļø Farm: Bedhatu Jibicho Origin: Ethiopia šŸ‡ŖšŸ‡¹. Variety: Heirloom Arabica. Process: Natural Roast Level: Light - Medium . Taste Notes • The cup produced a Full body, with a creamy mouthfeel that was full of sweetness! A very noticeable taste note was very sweet Grapes with a slight hint of Honey. There was an aftertaste which I couldn’t get to grips with, almost like an over roasted taste, but as the cup cooled, it got sweeter and that aftertaste became more and more Black Tea like. . šŸ¤”T H E - S C O R EšŸ¤” šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ– 7/10
