Sasaba has returned šŸ™ŒšŸ», I remember trying this coffee whenever I visited @bonanzacoffee roastery in Berlin. All I can remember thinking at the time was Wow! This just taste like Strawberries and Cream. I was completely blown away at how beautiful the cup was. Ever since then it has went down as one of my favourite coffees and experiences of all time. At Sasaba the clay rich soil and subsidiary crops provide plenty of nutrients to the plant, and the 72 hour fermentation with the cherry intact induces 80% more fruit sugars than the washed process. ā¬‡ļøT H E - C O F F E Eā¬‡ļø Farm: Sasaba Origin: Ethiopia šŸ‡ŖšŸ‡¹ Variety: Local Heirloom Process: Natural Roast Level: Light - Medium

Taste Notes • The cup has big beautiful Floral aromas on the nose which resemble Roses. In the cup you get Berries, Berries, Berries, Strawberries and Raspberries are both present. It has a very light delicate body which has a clean finish. All be it a very different experience this time round with Sasaba, this is still one of my favourite coffees I’ve ever had. šŸ¤”T H E - S C O R EšŸ¤” šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ– 10/10
