It’s Saturday! 🙌🏻 and today we’re brewing a really interesting Natural From Brazil. Familia Garcia is a joint effort from the Garcia family, owned by Antonio Wander Garcia. Antonio and his son Andre are both research agronomists and have dedicated their lives to the production of coffee. The farm is surrounded by mountains that offer uniquely high altitudes for Brazil and the trees on the farm are benefiting from this greatly. ⬇️T H E - C O F F E E⬇️ Farm: Familia Garcia Origin: Brazil 🇧🇷 Variety: Mundo Novo Process: Natural Roast Level: Light - Medium

Taste Notes • This Cup provides a really light body with a Creamy mouthfeel, taste notes of Milk Chocolate with a slight hint of Toffee. There was a really vibrant Orange like aroma on the nose and as the cup Cools that orange aroma comes right in to the taste notes all be it very faint, but it stays right there till the end with a nice clean finish. A beautiful example of how Coffees from Brazil can be exciting and full of unexpected flavour profiles.
