The guys at @bonanzacoffee have been one of my favourite roasters ever since we visited their Roastery in Berlin (which blew my 🤯). They’re Credited with bringing Third Wave coffee to Berlin and the team behind Bonanza Coffee is a mainstay of the city’s flourishing coffee scene. A Massive thank you šŸ™šŸ» to the Bonanza team for sending these Coffees over and I’m extremely excited to get them brewed šŸ˜† Today’s coffee is their first offering from the producer Efrain Diaz. It’s a Honey processed Pacas varietal. Pacas was first discovered in 1949 in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador, being a dwarf mutation of locally grown Bourbon. ā¬‡ļøT H E - C O F F E Eā¬‡ļø Farm: Finca Machuca Origin: El Salvador šŸ‡øšŸ‡». Variety: Pacas Process: Honey Roast Level: Light - Medium . Opening the Bag • Medium intensity, with a very Sweet aroma. Taste Notes • I found this cup to be Extremely clean with a full body and a creamy mouthfeel. Taste notes of Tropical fruits and Strawberries with a Smooth Chocolate finish. A great example of how super tasty coffees from El Salvador can actually be šŸ‘ŒšŸ» šŸ¤”T H E - S C O R EšŸ¤” šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ– 8/10
