I’ve been looking forward to Coffee (H) ever since I received @hasbeansamples 😬 unfortunately it’s our Last one ☹️. It’s a Naturally processed Coffee from Yemen and it’s my first ever time trying coffee from this Origin. Aside from Ethiopia, Yemen has one of the longest histories with coffee production. The region is also largely to thank for the global spread of coffee, both as an agricultural product and as a beverage. Yet in recent years it has had a dramatic decline in both the production and, unfortunately, the quality of its coffee, largely due to political and social upheaval. ⬇️T H E - C O F F E E⬇️ Farm: Markaz Ul Manqazah Origin: Yemen 🇾🇪. Taste Notes • In this cup you get a light body, Taste notes of Chocolate and Vanilla with a Wine like mouthfeel. A beautiful balanced cup with low acidity. Theres a hint of spiciness that resembles Ginger and it all finishes off with a lovely Almond aftertaste. 🤔T H E - S C O R E🤔 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖 8/10
