K I B I N G OOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! Yeah @hasbeansteve that is fun to shout out 😂 today sees our fifth coffee (E) from @hasbean and it’s from Burundi 🤘🏻 It also happens to be our first review of this origin 😬 so I’m excited!! . ⬇️T H E - C O F F E E⬇️ Farm: Kibingo Origin: Burundi 🇧🇮. Variety: Bourbon. Process: Washed Roast Level: Light - Medium Taste Notes • The cup produced a beautifully Silky smooth full body that was just layered with some really interesting taste notes. First banana, then Berries, then a hint of Toffee. Very low acidity when warm, but as the coffee cooled the acidity increased and resembled a Lime like taste. A beautiful example of what a Burundi should be, and I throughly enjoyed this cup 🙌🏻. Unfortunately it’s no longer available on @hasbean website but thats what the Specialty Coffee game is all about seasonal! So keep your eyes peeled for the next harvest, I know I will. Kibingo!!!!!!
