Today sees the half way mark of our selection box from Hasbean. (D) is another coffee from Brazil, this coffee is from the exact same farm as coffee (C) but it comes from the rare Canario varietal, which is a Bourbon mutation that originated in Brazil. You can notice in the cup, that it adds complexity and acidity compared to Bourbon. ⬇️T H E - C O F F E E⬇️ Farm: Cachoeira Da Grama Origin: Brazil Variety: Canario Process: Natural Roast Level: Light - Medium . Taste Notes • Big notes of Dark Chocolate or possibly Cacao 🤔 with a very acidic Nutty aftertaste. I found this cup completely Complex and made it very difficult to identify any other Flavour notes other than ones mentioned. I’ll have to admit that I didn’t really like this Variety and preferred the Bourbon Variety of the Coffee.
