Established in 2014, Baobab Coffee Roasters is an independently owned Micro Coffee Roastery located in the vibrant and historic town of Celbridge, Co Kildare. The micro-roastery is run by Alex Thorpe and Luigi Fanzini. The pair are childhood friends and their friendship was cemented while growing up in Kenya 🇰🇪. They both ended up settling in Ireland as adults and learnt of their shared love of speciality coffee and the rest they say is History . Taste Notes • An unexpected Light bodied Complex cup that packed a flavour punch 🤛🏻. Hazelnuts on the nose and in taste, a Honey sweetness, finishing with a combination of Tropical fruits and Green tea that lingered right on the back of your throat 🤤 Not everyday you can say that the Roaster has got his Taste notes bang on!! 🙌🏻 T H E - S C O R E 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖 9/10
