Next up we have another Bolivian coffee from the guys @hasbean It’s exactly the same type as Coffee A [Caturra variety and Washed process], although it’s from a completely different farm. It’s put through a dry fermentation for 16-18 hours, then put through the scrubber section of a Pulper that removes the remaining mucilage. Finally the beans are left on raised African beds to dry for around 7-9 days. T H E - C O F F E E Farm: Bebeto Mamani. Origin: Bolivia 🇧🇴. Variety: Caturra. Process: Washed. Roast Level: Light - Medium . Taste Notes • Medium body with a very pineapple like acidity, the cup had a Syrupy mouthfeel and a sweetness which I described as Pear Drops 😆 that sweet Sugary candy that we all loved as kids (Well I did anyway 😬) Two coffees down and Six more to go 😆 Can it get any better?? Stay tuned to find out 🤘🏻 T H E - S C O R E 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖 8/10
