I received a parcel yesterday from the lovely people over at @cloud_pickerand to say I was excited was a bit of a understatement. 3 different coffees to try and I just couldn’t wait to the morning to start brewing, First up is a coffee from Qore - Ethiopia.

Qore is not the farm but is actually a privately owned washing station in Kochere, Yirgacheffe, that is producing some incredible coffees. Tropical fruit, sweet citrus, light floral taste notes are all what make coffees from Yirgacheffe one of my favourite and this cup is all them in one 😆 T H E - C O F F E E Origin: Ethiopia. Variety: Mixed Heirloom. Process: Washed. Roast Level: Light. Opening the Bag • Very fresh and citrusy, Think Orange peel.

Taste Notes • Everything I love my coffee to be was in this cup, Clean, Sweet, Fruity. This cup had layers of flavours, First Mango and then Orange with a very mild Floral/ bitter like aftertaste. T H E - S C O R E 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖 9/10
