For as long as I can remember I’ve always followed @baobabroastworkson Instagram, But unfortunately I’ve never got the opportunity to ever try any of their coffees 🙁 Well today it all changed 😬 Alex from Baobab very kindly #gifted us 3 samples to brew and review 😆 #superexcited.

Today’s brew is from my hands down favourite origin [Ethiopia] it’s a fully washed coffee from Yirgacheffe. . T H E - C O F F E E Farm: Yirgacheffe Origin: Ethiopia 🇪🇹. Variety: Heirloom. Process: Fully Washed Roast Level: Light Opening the Bag • There was a very fresh floral smell, with back notes of berries.

Taste Notes • A very well balanced and bright cup with Notes of Blackcurrants and Mandarin. There was an almost Sticky/Syrupy mouthful that I really loved and it got more and more sticky as it cooled. . T H E - S C O R E 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖 9/10
