Today marks the last of our Coffees from Beyond the Wall 🇮🇸 (#gameofthrones ) These Guys have been ruling the coffee scene in Iceland since 1984 and have 14 😳 Coffee Shops throughout the little known town of Reykjavík. . T H E - C O F F E E Farm: San Fransisco. Origin: El Salvador

Variety: Bourbon. Process: Washed Roast Level: Medium Taste Notes • Out of all the coffees we received while in Iceland, this has to be my least favourite 👎🏻 A full bodied cup, that really struggled to produce any sort of Distinctive taste notes. This could be down to that fact that’s its on the more High medium roast level, where all those beautiful flavours that we come to expect from Specialty Coffees get lost due to the over Roasting.
