This is the second selection of coffees we received while in Iceland 🇮🇸 and it comes from Te & Kaffi, who are Iceland’s answer to Starbucks, although they are producing some great Medium roast Specialty Coffees and not Over Roasted (Burnt) Coffees. They’re a family owned Icelandic coffee company and coffeehouse chain. Established in 1984 by Berglind Guðbrandsdóttir and Sigmundur Dýrfjörð, Te & Kaffi operates Iceland's biggest Coffee Roastery, a chain of 14 Coffeehouses and a wholesale business focusing on coffee, loose-leaf tea and coffee machines. T H E - C O F F -E E Farm: Don Eli Anfiteatro. Origin: Costa Rica. Variety: Catuai. Process: White Honey. Roast level: Medium . Taste Notes • The brew produces a very delicate, light body with Taste notes of Sweet Plums and Raisins. The more and more I sipped, I was starting to notice a very pleasant Ginger spice that just caught the back of your Throat. .
