This is the last of our 3 Colombian coffees from @reykjavik_roasters šŸ˜”Sipping on this just brought me straight back to sitting in their KƁRASTƍGUR store looking outside at the snow pelting down. Damn I really want to go back to Iceland. T H E - C O F F E E Farm: Astrid Medina. Origin: Colombia šŸ‡ØšŸ‡“. Variety: Castillo & Caturra. Process: Washed & Dried on raised beds. Roast Level: Light . Taste Notes • It didn’t get off to a great start with our first sip, Tastes of Tobacco came flooding in and I immediately put the cup down to let it cool. Best decision ever šŸ™ŒšŸ» as the coffee cooled down the coffee developed a Smooth, Milky full body, with notes of Cherry’s and Dark Chocolate. Like a Black Forest Gateau only you drink it šŸ˜‚ . . T H E - S C O R E šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ–šŸŽ– 7/10
