We were kindly #gifted 3 Coffees by Torfi from @reykjavik_roasters on our recent travels to the beautiful country of Iceland 🇮🇸. These guys are doing amazing things and now have 3 stores in Reykjavik town, they really are putting Iceland on the Specialty coffee map 🙌🏻 THE COFFEE Farm: Villa Marina. Origin: Colombia 🇨🇴. Variety: 60% Castillo, 40% Caturra. Process: Washed and dried on raised covered beds. Roast Level: Light . Opening the bag • You get big fresh Fruit notes that hit you right in the face, Hints of Cacao and a very Jam like smell

Taste Notes • Brewing this using the @hariov60 gave it a Medium body with sweet notes of Caramel, Apple and Raisins. The apple notes really started to shine through as the coffee cooled down, Think sweet Apple Pie 🙌🏻 Best Colombian coffee I can remember having in a while 👏🏻 T H E - S C O R E 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖 9/10
